Blackberry Raspberry Chaffles
Perfect for dad on Father's Day. A Keto friendly brunch dish with our favorite fruit, raspberries and blackberries

Equipment
- 1 waffle maker I used a Cuisinart but there are many less expensive waffle maker on Amazon or at your local hardware store.
- bowl and whisk
- 1 cheese grater
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp melted butter plus extra for the waffle iron
- 2 cups mozzerela cheese grated
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries or substitute with Keto friendly berries of your choice.
Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron so it's ready when your batter is finished.
- Melt the butter and grate the cheese. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together four eggs, the salt, and vanilla. Mix in the almond flour. Add the grated cheese and mix well. Mix in the melted butter.
- Clean the berries and put in a bowl so everyone can help themselves.
- Lightly grease the hot waffle maker. Spoon 1/4 of the batter into the maker and cook each chaffle for about 3 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Serve with berries and enjoy!
